The Southeast Comptroller's Association was founded in 1982 and one of those founders was Rosie Adams.  The first meeting was held in her hotel room with sandwiches brought in a cooler.  Although retired, Rosie remains an active member of the association always willing to share her knowledge with the rest of the members.
